Lower scores, increased distance, improved consistency, better short game, it’s all available. The Pro Golf Learning Center has now launched “Player Development Programs” for all golfers. Under the direction of Dean Hartman, Director of Golf Instruction, these golf instruction programs that have been so successful in the United States are now available to Glenmarie members and guests.

The idea of Player Development Programs was started by Nike Golf Learning Centers in the US, where Mr. Hartman was a Director of Instruction. It was Nike’s goal to give more golfers an opportunity to participate in golf instruction with ongoing instructor support and without excessive costs.

The programs are designed so that each student gets one on one instruction with video analysis as well as follow-up “Practice with the Pro Sessions” Because the practice sessions are in a group setting, the cost of developing your game is less expensive. The practice sessions are a vital part to the program as an instructor is available to guide you through your assigned drills, answer questions, and make your practice time more constructive.

The entire teaching staff has received intensive training and have all been certified by the Professional Golf Teachers Association of America. Mr. Hartman states that his teaching staff is very knowledgeable and talented and are among the best he has seen anywhere. It is evident by the incredible job they have done with the juniors.
